Sometimes you have to be at the right place at the right time!

Well, as promised I'm posting about the one big perk I got from my trip to SLC.  While at my aunts (where my cousin has her station to do hair) she proceeded to tell me that she was going on a book tour, because she is now a published author!! (I'm totally psyched... and a little jealous, but she has waited a very long time for this)  Well, she is going on book tour, and wanted to find a good home for her beloved 1 year old Imperial Shih Tzu, Luna.

We have wanted a dog for quite a while.  We didn't have a good experience with our first puppy (Dare I say the common consensus was that he was a little.... inbred)  and we were hesitant to get a new dog.  We almost adopted a puppy a few weeks ago, but I client of mine who is a dog aficionado, warned me about that particular breed.  So we were determined to wait, until the right aportunity approached.  Did it ever!

Here is Miss Luna, as we like to call her...

We really couldn't be any happier!!  She fits in our family so perfectly.  She is so sweet, and SMART.  And it is a big bonus we got to skip the puppy stage!  She's already crate trained.

I know it looks like Belle has a death grip on her, but they really do get along great!
